Provide global, customer-facing technical support for cloud-based applications integrated with Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale and PowerStore. Diagnose, document, and resolve software and configuration issues, escalate complex problems, maintain ownership of customer communication, contribute to knowledge base, and participate in shift rotations and team training to meet SLAs.

Optimize and debug vGPU QEMU/KVM stack for stability, contribute upstream, plan upgrades and migrations, design and implement features, and draft and automate tests for functionality, performance, and security.

Make international inbound and outbound calls and conduct email outreach to generate and qualify leads. Research potential clients, maintain prospect databases and records, follow up with prospects, and support day-to-day BD operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and assist with administrative tasks.

Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux-based web hosting servers (cPanel/WHM). Manage networking services (IP, DNS, NTP), storage (NAS, NFS, CIFS), and Windows systems when needed. Troubleshoot server, network, storage, and file-sharing issues, ensure performance and security, and collaborate with teams to resolve infrastructure problems. Work rotational shifts.
