Owns the delivery of professional services engagements from sales handoff through execution. Responsibilities include reviewing statements of work, scoping and pricing services, estimating effort, coordinating resources, managing service requests, gathering customer requirements, improving delivery processes and tools, maintaining AI workflows, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Development, and Services. The role also provides people leadership, customer engagement, negotiation, and operational oversight.

Design and operate scalable AWS infrastructure for multi-account and multi-tenant environments. Build Terraform modules, golden-path tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security controls, and FinOps automation. Manage production workloads across ECS, EKS, Lambda, and RDS, while supporting incident response, compliance, AI-assisted infrastructure governance, and migration initiatives. The role owns hiring, performance management, delivery, on-call operations, architecture review execution, customer environment provisioning, compliance automation, and team development. It is a player-coach position requiring hands-on technical judgment alongside people leadership and cross-functional coordination with U.S. leadership, Information Security, Finance, vendors, and the Cloud Architect.

Manages strategic label-industry customer accounts, driving renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue. Leads consultative enterprise software sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, recommends ERP solutions, coordinates demonstrations and internal teams, maintains CRM pipeline and forecasts, and represents the company at customer meetings and industry events. Requires approximately 30%–35% travel.

Own customer-facing documentation for ERP and MES products, including user guides, release notes, in-application help, and configuration materials. Establish documentation standards, information architecture, templates, and publishing workflows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Support to explain complex manufacturing workflows clearly. Audit content, measure effectiveness, support releases, and document AI-enabled features. The role requires strong technical writing, enterprise software experience, and familiarity with documentation platforms.

Own end-to-end development of modules across Amtech’s AWS-hosted .NET/C# Cloud API and legacy 4D ERP platform. Design RESTful APIs, integrate AWS services, resolve complex business-logic issues, improve testing and reliability, maintain data integrity, participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires independent technical judgment across modern and legacy enterprise systems, with opportunities to use AI-assisted development tools.

Supports Professional Services by reviewing customer requests, gathering requirements, estimating service effort, preparing statements of work and quotes, and managing related Salesforce records. Coordinates with Sales, Customer Operations, Product, Development, Finance, and delivery teams. Processes change requests, tracks deadlines, documents risks and assumptions, sends proposals through DocuSign, maintains accurate case histories, and produces reports while using AI tools to review complex documents.

Provide in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office while managing enterprise infrastructure, endpoints, identity, networking, Microsoft 365, and hybrid services. Administer Intune and device lifecycle operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate vendors, support ITSM processes, improve monitoring and reliability, develop automation, and assist with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. Collaborate with global IT, Cloud, Security, HR, Facilities, and business teams.

Processes customer and internal service requests, gathers requirements, scopes engagements, estimates service hours, and prepares Service Requests, Statements of Work, proposals, and quotes. Maintains accurate case records, improves GPT prompts, verifies AI-generated documents, produces reports, and collaborates with U.S.-based sales enablement teams, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Owns the backlog and product execution for automated scheduling applications across ERP platforms. Translates roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritizes features and defects; coordinates Agile planning and delivery across product, engineering, UX, QA, and architecture teams. Engages manufacturing customers to understand workflows and scheduling needs, validates releases, supports documentation and training, and ensures delivered capabilities provide measurable operational value.

Serve as the technical authority for the Label Traxx ERP platform and integrations. Own AWS architecture, PostgreSQL data design, React frontend direction, enterprise API modernization, and migration from legacy 4D systems to cloud-native services. Establish secure engineering, CI/CD, scalability, observability, and AI-assisted development standards. Resolve complex production issues, guide architecture decisions, evaluate infrastructure investments, communicate with executives, and mentor senior engineers across multiple teams.

Define and lead performance engineering strategy for enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. Establish performance requirements, workload models, testing standards, capacity plans, observability, and release criteria. Design load, stress, resilience, scalability, and endurance tests; analyze application, JVM, database, infrastructure, and cloud bottlenecks; and lead optimization and production incident investigations. Build automated performance frameworks and CI/CD quality gates, validate Kubernetes and cloud capacity, create monitoring dashboards, mentor engineers, and represent performance engineering in architecture and release reviews.

Own the architecture, scalability, governance, and technical direction of Amtech’s cloud data platform, including warehouses, tenant data stores, feature stores, and event pipelines. Lead multi-tenant data architecture, hybrid AI data routing, data security, observability, and reliability standards. Build data foundations for analytics, machine learning, and AI agents, including vector databases and RAG pipelines. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, roadmap planning, and cross-functional architecture collaboration.

Configure and support Label Traxx accounting modules for manufacturing customers. Troubleshoot financial reporting, reconciliation, workflow, configuration, integration, and software issues across the ERP, while managing cases through resolution. Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, customer training, and documentation. Partner with Product, Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues for customers in North America and Europe.

Leads product execution for a labeling ERP product line and coordinates product owners across labeling and corrugated ERP products. Translates roadmaps into epics, user stories, backlogs, requirements, and development plans. Facilitates PI and sprint ceremonies, reviews PDLC artifacts, establishes standards, coaches product owners, and collaborates with engineering, QA, UX, architecture, sales, support, and product leadership to deliver customer-focused capabilities.

Provide end-to-end support for the EnCore ERP platform focused on plant-floor workflows, production scheduling, inventory, and order-to-cash.
