Lead product execution for MES scheduling and production reporting. Own and prioritize backlog, write user stories, collaborate with engineering/UX/QA, validate releases, engage customers for requirements, support ERP integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing operational value.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and track hiring analytics. Leverage ATS, AI tools, and vendor channels to build quality pipelines, improve productivity, and ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences while maintaining data privacy and responsible AI use.

Provide L2/L3 application support for Amtech's MES suite (initially Axiom and APB). Contribute to modernizing the EnCore ERP platform by developing modules with WiseJ, C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET; design REST APIs; optimize SQL and stored procedures; apply design patterns; implement logging/monitoring; collaborate with US and local Product/QA/DevOps/UX teams; and participate in agile ceremonies.

Lead and support customer implementations of Amtech ERP solutions: gather requirements, configure software, create documentation, test, train users, troubleshoot go-lives, and drive adoption while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Travel up to 50% to support onsite implementations and training.

Provide front-line technical support for hosted/cloud customer environments: troubleshoot application, system, database, integration and networking issues; engage customers; run SQL scripts and restores; manage permissions, file transfers, and service restarts; escalate with diagnostics and maintain KB/runbooks to reduce recurring issues.

Design and govern secure, scalable AWS architectures and landing zones; drive IaC standards (Terraform/CloudFormation), cost optimization, high availability/disaster recovery, security controls, and cloud modernization. Lead architecture reviews, support incident response, recommend AWS services, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with SOC 2/ISO 27001 and FinOps alignment.

Lead and build renewal operations: design processes, manage end-to-end subscription and maintenance renewals, generate quotes, ensure contract compliance, improve Salesforce tracking and reporting, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations to maximize retention and revenue.

Lead implementation and deployment of Amtech ERP solutions (cloud or on-prem), manage data migration and EDI integrations, provide technical training and go-live support, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to sales and process-improvement initiatives while maintaining high billable utilization.

Lead multiple customer implementation projects from planning through delivery using Amtechs implementation methodology. Manage project plans, risks, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, and status reporting. Mentor team members, support sales and operational initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet SOW, utilization, and financial goals.

Manage a high-volume tech-touch customer portfolio driving scalable adoption through automated lifecycle journeys, telemetry-driven health scoring, and segmented digital engagement. Build enablement assets, run automated renewal workflows, monitor support trends to prevent escalations, and optimize CRM/CS platform hygiene and playbook automation to improve adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.
