Own reliability for production domains across a multi-account AWS SaaS environment. Design observability, alerting, SLOs, automation, Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, autoscaling, and self-healing systems. Operate ECS, EKS, Lambda, and PostgreSQL workloads; lead incident response, root-cause analysis, on-call operations, security controls, and compliance automation. Mentor SRE engineers, improve MTTD and MTTR, partner across global teams, and integrate AI into engineering workflows with measurable validation and governance.

Build and scale Amtech’s reusable, MCP-native agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include LLM orchestration, agent workflows, RAG pipelines, model-provider integrations, governed on-premises data access, audit controls, AWS deployment, monitoring, cost management, and production inference optimization. The role also supports AI capabilities across manufacturing products, partners with product engineering teams, and provides technical direction across agentic AI, classical machine learning, and MLOps practices.

Owns the delivery of professional services engagements from sales handoff through execution. Responsibilities include reviewing statements of work, scoping and pricing services, estimating effort, coordinating resources, managing service requests, gathering customer requirements, improving delivery processes and tools, maintaining AI workflows, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Development, and Services. The role also provides people leadership, customer engagement, negotiation, and operational oversight.
