Manages strategic label-industry customer accounts, driving renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue. Leads consultative enterprise software sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, recommends ERP solutions, coordinates demonstrations and internal teams, maintains CRM pipeline and forecasts, and represents the company at customer meetings and industry events. Requires approximately 30%–35% travel.

Build and operate reliable AWS-based SaaS platforms through observability, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, container and serverless operations, incident response, security controls, and self-healing systems. The role owns services end to end, improves SLOs and incident metrics, maintains Terraform and GitHub Actions automation, participates in 24/7 on-call, and mentors engineers while applying governed AI-assisted engineering practices.

Own customer-facing documentation for ERP and MES products, including user guides, release notes, in-application help, and configuration materials. Establish documentation standards, information architecture, templates, and publishing workflows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Support to explain complex manufacturing workflows clearly. Audit content, measure effectiveness, support releases, and document AI-enabled features. The role requires strong technical writing, enterprise software experience, and familiarity with documentation platforms.
