Develop, enhance, test, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop integrations, maintain data integrity, and improve business processes. The role provides programming support for external software customizations, ensures application stability, and recommends system improvements. It requires strong Microsoft data technology skills, ERP experience, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication.

Provides advanced IT help desk support by prioritizing and resolving complex user issues, deploying and configuring computers, tablets, printers, software, and peripherals, maintaining asset records and spare equipment inventory, and leading projects or mentoring staff. The role also develops procedures, recommends policies, manages service processes, and communicates technical solutions in user-friendly language.

Administers and optimizes network, operating system, storage, backup, and telephony infrastructure. Responsibilities include network design, capacity planning, infrastructure configuration, Windows Server and ESXi administration, SAN and backup management, Active Directory policy administration, phone system support, advanced helpdesk escalation, troubleshooting, audits, technology evaluation, documentation, and cross-functional infrastructure project participation.
