Develop and renovate products through field trials, test planning, formulation development, competitive analysis, performance validation, and technical reporting. Collaborate with mechanical and chemical laboratories, OEMs, suppliers, sales teams, and customers. Provide product technical support and training, contribute to product documentation and final launch approval, and support customer visits and technical trade shows.

Administers and optimizes network, operating system, storage, backup, and telephony infrastructure. Responsibilities include network design, capacity planning, infrastructure configuration, Windows Server and ESXi administration, SAN and backup management, Active Directory policy administration, phone system support, advanced helpdesk escalation, troubleshooting, audits, technology evaluation, documentation, and cross-functional infrastructure project participation.

Build and maintain Dealer and commercial account relationships, support customer service and order processing, identify sales and product expansion opportunities, conduct outreach campaigns, resolve concerns, document interactions in CRM systems, and contribute to account development and sales program improvements.
