Performs day-to-day accounting, maintains financial records, prepares and analyzes financial statements, supports financial reporting, reconciles bank and credit card accounts, assists with budgets, forecasts, tax filings, and maintains accounting software. The role also provides back-office administrative support and contributes to workflow improvements.

Own full-cycle accounting for AmpThink's Canadian entity: AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, GST/HST and payroll remittances, intercompany CAD/USD reconciliations with U.S. head office. Support bookkeeping, track project charges and staff time in Zoho, handle light office-management and occasional receiving (lift up to 50 lbs), and serve as the on-site financial contact reporting to the CFO.
