Teams at AmpThink

The Network Administrator will manage network operations at venues, support IT initiatives, and document systems while maintaining strong relationships with various teams.

Own full-cycle accounting for AmpThink's Canadian entity: AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, GST/HST and payroll remittances, intercompany CAD/USD reconciliations with U.S. head office. Support bookkeeping, track project charges and staff time in Zoho, handle light office-management and occasional receiving (lift up to 50 lbs), and serve as the on-site financial contact reporting to the CFO.
