Lead the Operations PMO across cross-functional workstreams including cell transfers, contract manufacturer qualifications, certifications, facility projects, PLM implementation, and engineering change control. Establish governance, integrated schedules, RAID management, tooling, dashboards, and executive reporting. Drive BOM migration, approved vendor linking, milestone delivery, risk escalation, and dependency resolution while coaching program managers and functional leads.

Own supplier and contract manufacturer quality for battery materials and cells. Responsibilities include supplier audits, PPAP and first-article approvals, incoming inspection plans, control plans, process FMEAs, performance reviews, change control, and resolution of nonconformances through 8D and CAPA. The role also supports Lean and Six Sigma improvements, manufacturing transfers, and on-site supplier activities. International travel to supplier and contract manufacturing sites in Asia is required 25–40% of the time.

Leads supply chain strategy for cell materials and contract manufacturers, including sourcing, supplier qualification, long-term agreements, cost reduction, landed-cost management, tariffs, capacity planning, and business continuity. Builds and manages the supply chain team, oversees supplier and CM performance, supports product transfers into production, and ensures compliance with government and defense sourcing requirements. The role requires extensive manufactured-hardware supply chain leadership, Asia supplier experience, and approximately 30% international travel.

Execute battery cell qualification, safety, abuse, environmental, and performance testing using Arbin and Neware equipment. Manage test lab equipment, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts. Prepare test schedules, reports, test plans, SOPs, and inspection records while supporting CAPA, ECO, IQC, and ISO 9001 processes. Collaborate with engineering teams on cell and component testing, maintain safety protocols, identify abnormal cell behavior, and implement process improvements.
