Produce schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, BOMs, perform LV/MV calculations (cable sizing, short-circuit, voltage drop), ensure compliance with NEN 1010 and IEC, manage technical documentation, and collaborate with project teams to standardise and optimise designs.

The Business Development Manager will establish the commercial strategy for energy trading and optimization, drive sales, and expand into new European markets.

Owner of project management backbone for Southeast Asia office: manage document/data rooms, licensing (IUPTL), PLN vendor registration, compliance trackers, vendor/EPC research and outreach, meeting coordination, and process/standards development to keep multiple tenders and projects organized and progressing.

Develop and execute business development plans to grow Ampowr's UK battery storage business. Identify opportunities, build client relationships, lead proposals with tendering and technical teams, negotiate contracts, manage CRM and pipeline, attend industry events, and report performance to senior management to meet sales and revenue targets.

Own vertical go-to-market strategy for energy storage, build and manage pipeline, tailor battery storage solutions, close deals, meet sales targets, and collaborate with engineering, proposals, project and asset teams while providing market feedback.
