Provide follow-the-sun technical support for customers in the Netherlands: monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware, manage tickets, escalate issues, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and contribute to internal/external knowledge bases.

Lead hardware engineering for a BESS platform, owning roadmap, hands-on direction in power electronics, control systems, PCB and embedded design, supplier coordination, testing, certification (IEC/ISO), field support, and team development to deliver safe, scalable, cost-effective products.

As a Sales Engineer, you will analyze client needs, create tailored solutions for battery storage, and collaborate across departments to support proposals and technical discussions.
