Design AI-augmented platform tooling, IaC standards for Kubernetes/AWS/GCP, evolve CI/CD (Argo/GitHub Actions), drive observability (Datadog/Amplitude), own incident response and postmortems, mentor engineers, and translate product needs into platform investments.
