Partner with product and engineering teams in APJ to design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests), advise on statistical methodology and measurement frameworks, build scalable experimentation programs, and create enablement materials to drive customer adoption and product improvements.

Own complex order workflows from quote-to-cash, evaluate and process customer orders for accuracy and compliance, resolve non-standard deal scenarios with Sales/Finance/RevOps, analyze order data to identify root causes, and document/process improvements to increase scalability and throughput.

Lead a multidisciplinary team building data ingestion, distributed computation, and statistical engines for experimentation. Set technical and scientific direction, translate statistical methods into scalable production features, evolve architecture for complex experiment designs, and partner with product, data scientists, and customers to operationalize trustworthy experimentation.
