Owns deployment, adoption, and value realization for 40–50 B2B SaaS accounts. Leads implementation planning, risk resolution, customer enablement, success planning, executive reviews, renewals, and expansion in partnership with sales. Advises customers on analytics data architecture, instrumentation, taxonomy, and AI workflows while driving measurable business outcomes. The role also develops repeatable playbooks, shares best practices, and channels customer feedback internally.

Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the UK, EMEA, and APJ; support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, visa processing, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, resolve routine requests, document processes, and use AI tools to improve People Operations efficiency and employee experience.

Build and evolve Nova, a distributed OLAP query engine powering Amplitude’s analytics platform. Responsibilities include query planning and execution, columnar storage, caching, distributed compute, JVM performance optimization, cloud cost reduction, observability, reliability, capacity planning, incident response, and operational tooling. The role leads multi-month technical projects, influences architecture, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors engineers while supporting high-throughput automated query workloads at scale.
