Support launches, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement focused on member engagement and integration velocity.

Supports demand generation campaigns, lead generation, account-based marketing, marketing operations, CRM data management, campaign tracking, performance reporting, and optimization. Coordinates campaign assets and stakeholders, analyzes conversion and engagement metrics, maintains marketing data accuracy, and collaborates with sales, product marketing, content, and regional teams to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead the design, delivery, monitoring, and optimization of healthcare analytics solutions. Analyze complex healthcare data, develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, translate findings into actionable client insights, and manage cross-functional delivery. Build client relationships, support training and capability development, identify AI/ML and claims-insight opportunities, contribute to product innovation, and ensure data governance, privacy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
