Prepare financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. Support budgeting, forecasting, provider productivity reporting, regulatory reporting (Medicare Cost Reports, UDS, OSHPD), audits, and daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, purchasing, and fixed assets.

Provide clinical consultation and oversight for the CalAIM program, review intakes and care plans, advise care coordination, referral center, call center and transportation staff, identify and manage high-risk patients, and support individualized care planning under the Director of Patient Support Services.

Coordinate care for high-risk patients under CalAIM: enroll members, perform assessments, develop care plans, support medication adherence, coordinate post-hospital follow-up, maintain records, monitor metrics, and liaise with care teams and community services.
