Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from concept to full production, owning scope, schedule, risk, and quality. Coordinate process development, pilot builds, tooling, validation, supplier readiness, and production ramp. Lead low-voltage subsystem architecture and hardware design for MV/LV power conversion. Design and validate control, sensing, protection, and isolated interface circuits. Own full PCBA lifecycle from specs to production, perform DFMEA and component derating, collaborate on EMI/EMC compliance, and maintain traceable documentation.

Own Procure-to-Pay workflows, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments. Support month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and accounting compliance. Maintain and improve finance systems and integrations, support reporting accuracy, and partner cross-functionally to resolve financial process issues.
