The Senior Quality Engineer will design and implement the Quality Management System, lead audits, develop manufacturing requirements, and manage corrective actions to ensure high-quality production of solid-state transformers.

Floor-facing Process Engineer responsible for developing, sustaining, and optimizing high-volume automated manufacturing processes. Drive OEE and quality improvements using SPC, root-cause analysis, FMEAs, control plans, and data-driven visualization. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects, support 24/7 operations escalations, and maintain process documentation and engineering change management.

Hands-on, floor-facing role to operate, sustain, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and assembly lines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and network issues; mentor maintenance technicians; manage OEE metrics; lead equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects; create SOPs and maintain equipment documentation while supporting 24/7 operations during escalations.
