Hands-on, floor-facing role to operate, sustain, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and assembly lines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and network issues; mentor maintenance technicians; manage OEE metrics; lead equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects; create SOPs and maintain equipment documentation while supporting 24/7 operations during escalations.

Design, implement, and own firmware features for power-electronics embedded systems. Integrate firmware with hardware, collaborate with cross-functional engineers, ensure performance and testing, and stay current with embedded systems tools and methodologies.

Lead complex mechanical systems and hardware development programs, overseeing execution across engineering disciplines from concept to production, managing schedules, risks, and quality.
