Design, implement, and own firmware features for power-electronics embedded systems. Integrate firmware with hardware, collaborate with cross-functional engineers, ensure performance and testing, and stay current with embedded systems tools and methodologies.

Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy for high-value capital equipment and facility buildouts. Develop multi-year Capex roadmaps, negotiate supplier contracts, perform TCO modeling, manage construction and equipment deployment (FAT/SAT), mitigate supply risks, and track KPIs for capital spend, delivery, and supplier performance while coordinating with finance, engineering, and operations.

Design and develop low-voltage and mixed-signal hardware for Solid-State Transformer subsystems, owning PCBAs from schematic through production. Responsibilities include MCU and IC selection, control/sensing/protection circuitry, isolated interfaces, high-bandwidth communications, board bring-up, EMI/EMC compliance, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
