Lead cross-functional engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing roadmaps, suppliers, factories, PLM data, BOMs and change orders to ensure engineering and business milestones are met.

Lead quality assurance for BESS products with contract manufacturers and suppliers. Implement IQC/IPQC/PAT/OQA, drive CAPA, perform statistical analysis, root-cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA), and support NPI to improve manufacturability and field performance while collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and factory test stations for electronics and battery systems. Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, support factory and field debugging, and drive continuous improvement with QA and engineering.

Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for Asia Pacific sales: order entry, shipment coordination, invoicing, documentation, reporting, CRM data quality, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and payments.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for core products, driving stage gates, governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial to move initiatives from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.

Lead mechanical design, verification, and ODM engagement for containerized lithium-ion BESS. Perform CAD, FEA/CFD, prototyping, testing, BOM/spec development, quality failure analysis, and fire suppression coordination to ready designs for mass production.

Drive regional sales growth for power solutions in Singapore and Malaysia by building relationships with mining, construction and industrial clients; manage full sales cycle and CRM pipeline; prepare proposals, quotations and tenders; train and enable distributors; support site visits, technical and regulatory submissions, and sales operations to meet targets.

Own the end-to-end order lifecycle for APAC sales: forecasting, CRM/ERP management, product configuration, order-to-deployment coordination, production scheduling, and cross-functional readiness to ensure accurate execution, on-time delivery, and revenue realization.
