Run and refine Excel-based techno-economic models for battery energy storage systems, produce client-facing commercial proposals, manage technical sections of tenders/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional inputs, analyze field data to calibrate models, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing roadmaps, suppliers, factories, PLM data, BOMs and change orders to ensure engineering and business milestones are met.

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and factory test stations for electronics and battery systems. Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, support factory and field debugging, and drive continuous improvement with QA and engineering.

Lead mechanical design, verification, and ODM engagement for containerized lithium-ion BESS. Perform CAD, FEA/CFD, prototyping, testing, BOM/spec development, quality failure analysis, and fire suppression coordination to ready designs for mass production.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for core products, driving stage gates, governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial to move initiatives from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.

Own and scale the telemetry data pipeline from AWS IoT Core/GCP Pub/Sub through Kafka into TimescaleDB, improve platform performance and cost, evolve low-latency GraphQL/REST APIs and BFF, maintain observability (Grafana), enable safe live migrations, and drive production reliability and cross-functional delivery.

Own and scale the telemetry data pipeline from AWS IoT Core/Kafka/GCP Pub/Sub into TimescaleDB, design low-latency GraphQL/REST APIs and BFFs, reduce infrastructure cost and latency, maintain observability with Grafana, enable safe migrations and staged rollouts, and act as a senior operator during incidents while collaborating across firmware, service, and frontend teams.

Drive regional sales growth for power solutions in Singapore and Malaysia by building relationships with mining, construction and industrial clients; manage full sales cycle and CRM pipeline; prepare proposals, quotations and tenders; train and enable distributors; support site visits, technical and regulatory submissions, and sales operations to meet targets.
