Lead cross-functional engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing roadmaps, suppliers, factories, PLM data, BOMs and change orders to ensure engineering and business milestones are met.

Lead quality assurance for BESS products with contract manufacturers and suppliers. Implement IQC/IPQC/PAT/OQA, drive CAPA, perform statistical analysis, root-cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA), and support NPI to improve manufacturability and field performance while collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and factory test stations for electronics and battery systems. Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, support factory and field debugging, and drive continuous improvement with QA and engineering.
