Supports the design, structuring, pricing, valuation, and ongoing management of retirement, guarantee, and equity protection products. Owns major incident management and resolution for AMP's digital banking and mobile platforms. Leads investigations, coordinates engineering and vendors, improves observability and monitoring, drives reliability and automation, and partners with product and business stakeholders to reduce customer impact and prevent recurring issues.

Lead risk, compliance and control activities for the Platforms business, ensuring material risks are managed within appetite.
