Lead the strategy, design, governance, lifecycle management, pricing, and ongoing development of AMP Platforms’ insurance proposition. Manage insurer, administrator, and service-provider relationships while balancing member and adviser outcomes, regulatory obligations, risk, sustainability, and commercial performance. Analyze product performance, drive simplification and improvements, support regulatory change and remediation, and prepare governance papers, business cases, reporting, and executive recommendations.

Manage AMP Bank’s internal and external dispute resolution complaints, including AFCA matters. Investigate complex customer disputes, assess evidence and regulatory obligations, negotiate fair resolutions, prepare submissions and responses, and represent AMP in conciliation forums. Identify systemic issues, risks, and incidents; communicate outcomes to stakeholders; and maintain confidentiality, quality, and regulatory controls.

Leads fraud, scams, AML/CTF, and sanctions risk management across the customer lifecycle. Oversees risk frameworks, controls, threat monitoring, detection capabilities, risk events, assurance activities, regulatory engagement, audits, remediation, and continuous process improvement. Provides risk advice for business initiatives and platform changes while supporting regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and customer outcomes.
