Lead and support AMP's Group Strategy by advising the CEO and ExCo, developing strategy and annual planning, running strategic projects, preparing Executive/Board papers, building financial models and business cases, evaluating M&A, partnerships and investments, and bringing external market and competitor insights to inform commercial decision-making.

Lead day-to-day Advice Governance for NM Super: maintain and improve governance frameworks, run Licensee and Adviser Governance Committee, oversee supervision, file reviews and investigations, support regulatory and Trustee engagement, deliver executive/Board reporting, and build team capability while driving risk remediation and automation-driven improvements.

Support delivery and optimisation of People Applications with a user-centred focus: manage Tier 2 requests, test and implement system changes, document processes and help content, provide data-driven insights, support change management, and engage stakeholders to improve employee experience and controls.
