Lead change management across Product and Retirement value streams: develop and execute change plans, stakeholder mapping and communications, drive business readiness and adoption, manage risks and issues, support post-go-live embedding, and engage senior stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile transformation environment.

Provide high-level executive support to three senior leaders by managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, expenses and confidential information. Coordinate governance rhythms, onboarding/offboarding, prepare executive materials, and improve workflows using Microsoft 365 and AI tools to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Lead strategy, governance and performance for AMP's investment technology platforms. Define roadmaps, manage vendors and budgets, deliver transformation and BAU initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance (APRA/ASIC), improve platform resilience and operational performance, and build a high-performing team while influencing executive stakeholders.
