Translate business needs into technology outcomes across customer platforms, including Salesforce, contact centre, automation, and servicing solutions. Lead discovery workshops, process mapping, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution design support, testing, Agile delivery, release readiness, and continuous improvement. Partner with product owners, delivery managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business improvements.

Manage and mature AMP’s technology risk capability by advising technology leaders, assessing and overseeing risks, supporting control assurance, and improving risk practices across cybersecurity, cloud services, third-party providers, and operational resilience. The role requires stakeholder influence, practical risk advice, regulatory awareness, and familiarity with technology risk frameworks, IT General Controls, APRA requirements, and relevant certifications.

Provides second-line oversight of financial crime risk through analytics, intelligence, detection optimisation, and regulatory reporting. The role reviews transaction monitoring and screening effectiveness, assesses data quality and lineage, develops risk insights, supports AML/CTF and fraud governance, and advises senior stakeholders. It requires strong SQL or Python capability, financial crime analytics experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable risk and control recommendations.
