Develops and implements mechanical reliability strategies across multiple RNG production sites. The role creates maintenance plans, improves predictive and preventive maintenance programs, analyzes equipment performance, manages critical spares, supports CMMS and SCADA data utilization, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include reliability coaching, KPI reporting, safety and mechanical integrity support, design reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-site operational coverage.

Combines process engineering, continuous improvement, and project execution for biogas facilities. Identifies and implements improvements to performance, reliability, efficiency, safety, and economics; performs process calculations and equipment sizing; leads root-cause analysis; and manages modifications and capital projects from concept through commissioning. Coordinates engineering, vendors, contractors, operations, and maintenance while supporting process safety reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and replication of successful improvements.

The Sr. Director of Business Development will lead market creation for RNG, build customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and support portfolio expansion.

Lead corporate development, M&A and strategic finance efforts including financial modeling, due diligence, deal and debt structuring, commercial negotiations, competitor and market analysis, and cross‑functional project leadership to support growth and capital markets activities.

Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support monthly close and financial analysis for subsidiary RNG projects. Collaborate with Asset Management, respond to auditors and management, and assist with accounting tool implementations and special projects.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering for RNG facilities: develop, review, and approve technical designs; support project execution, commissioning, operations, and troubleshooting; manage engineering team, vendors, and deliverables; ensure regulatory and safety compliance; develop SOPs and support budgeting and performance tracking.
