The Sr. Director of Business Development will lead market creation for RNG, build customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and support portfolio expansion.

Manage procurement and supplier relationships for Amp Americas assets: process purchase orders, onboard vendors, negotiate rates, monitor supplier performance, manage inventory, support ERP-based procurement reporting, and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, asset management, finance, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Lead corporate development, M&A and strategic finance efforts including financial modeling, due diligence, deal and debt structuring, commercial negotiations, competitor and market analysis, and cross‑functional project leadership to support growth and capital markets activities.
