Manage renewable natural gas facility projects and major capital improvements from concept through commissioning and closeout. Responsibilities include execution planning, design review, contracting, cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, vendor and contractor oversight, regulatory coordination, quality and safety compliance, commissioning, and project reporting. The role requires full-time site presence during construction and strong collaboration with engineering, procurement, operations, clients, suppliers, and local stakeholders.

Lead corporate development, M&A and strategic finance efforts including financial modeling, due diligence, deal and debt structuring, commercial negotiations, competitor and market analysis, and cross‑functional project leadership to support growth and capital markets activities.
