Provide exceptional, brand-aligned customer service in-store, drive personal and team sales, manage stock (receiving, inventory, rebalancing), give product feedback, and support visual merchandising and store presentation.

Provide friendly, on-floor luxury retail service to build customer loyalty and meet sales goals. Manage stock receiving, inventories and replenishment. Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, support visual merchandising and product rotations, and give product feedback to improve inventory.

Provide exceptional customer service and build client loyalty by advising on products, assisting with fittings/alterations, managing stock and inventory processes, participating in visual merchandising, and representing the AMI brand in-store.
