Perform startup, commissioning, testing, calibration, and operational verification of commercial kitchen equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, gas, plumbing and controls issues; verify utility connections, clearances, ventilation and code compliance; complete startup documentation and customer sign-offs; train staff and represent company onsite; travel extensively nationwide.

Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and general manager: enter jobs, track paperwork, coordinate subcontractors, order materials, generate reports/dashboards, assist with permits, communicate schedules with field technicians, and push projects forward to meet deadlines.
