Lead strategy, writing, editing, layout, and production of RFQ/RFP responses, interview presentations, and award submissions for the government market. Coordinate with project teams, executives, graphics, and marketing; maintain templates, marketing content, CRM records, and pursuit best practices; recommend tools and improve pursuits efficiency while managing costs and deadlines.

Lead preconstruction estimating from concept through construction documents, performing feasibility studies, budgeting, value engineering, and stakeholder presentations. Manage multiple projects, mentor junior estimators, attend design meetings, analyze technical and market data, and ensure accurate estimates and risk-informed decisions.
