Performs job cost accounting for multiple construction projects, including subcontractor accounts payable, client invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking, and project risk monitoring. Partners with project management teams, enforces accounting policies and procedures, resolves accounting issues, and provides timely project financial support. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Supports annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, expense analysis, cost allocation, financial modeling, and management reporting. Partners with department heads and office leaders to analyze performance, communicate financial trends, improve processes, and support business decisions. Requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, ERP and BI experience, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Lead strategy, writing, editing, layout, and production of RFQ/RFP responses, interview presentations, and award submissions for the government market. Coordinate with project teams, executives, graphics, and marketing; maintain templates, marketing content, CRM records, and pursuit best practices; recommend tools and improve pursuits efficiency while managing costs and deadlines.
