Leads enterprise risk management, insurance, claims, captive insurance, surety, and bonding strategies across HITT’s operating companies. Oversees brokers, carriers, claims, OCIP/CCIP, subcontractor default insurance, contractual risk transfer, loss analysis, budgets, and regulatory considerations. Partners with executive, legal, operations, preconstruction, safety, and finance leaders to mitigate project and enterprise risk. Builds the risk management team, presents reporting to leadership and the board, and drives technology-enabled improvements.

Provides on-site administrative and concierge support for headquarters operations, including catering, pantry and common-area upkeep, mail and shipping services, conference room coordination, printing, receptionist coverage, events, onboarding materials, PPE shipments, and clerical support. Assists Marketing with promotional materials and CRM tasks while maintaining confidentiality, organization, professionalism, and responsive service for executives, employees, clients, and guests.

Conducts safety inspections at construction project sites, evaluates compliance with OSHA and other regulations, monitors subcontractor safety performance, tracks corrective actions, supports incident investigations, delivers toolbox talks and training, reviews hazard analyses, assists with site-specific safety plans and orientations, manages safety documentation, and helps resolve health and safety issues.
