Process and review certified payroll reports, audit subcontractor payrolls, verify prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon, Copeland, DOL regs), maintain labor compliance records, use LCPtracker/PointsNorth/DIR, manage payroll inbox and UKG onboarding, coordinate with compliance officers and agencies, and assist with payroll-related reporting and inquiries.

Perform regular on-site safety inspections, evaluate compliance with regulations, monitor subcontractor safety, track and close safety issues, assist with incident investigations, deliver toolbox talks and training, help develop site-specific safety plans and orientations, and maintain project safety documentation and relationships with project teams.

Support MEP superintendent with field inspections, document control, equipment inspections, vendor coordination, schedule updates, quality control, startup/commissioning, and closeout activities on commercial construction projects.
