Designs, programs, commissions, and troubleshoots industrial automation and electrical control systems across manufacturing facilities. Develops PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs; supports equipment integration, process optimization, reliability improvements, and plant operations. Leads capital projects from concept through startup, coordinating vendors, contractors, operations, and maintenance teams while managing scope, budgets, schedules, installation, and validation. Requires substantial domestic and international travel to support manufacturing sites.

Leads global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations across on-premise and Azure environments. Develops technology roadmaps, manages cloud strategy, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and endpoint security, compliance, service delivery, and ITIL processes. Directs infrastructure and service desk teams, manages vendors and projects, supports architecture, and drives automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The role requires strategic leadership alongside hands-on technical involvement.

Manage large resin producer accounts, drive revenue and volume growth, execute pricing and payment objectives, and strengthen customer relationships. Provide technical guidance on material selection, processing optimization, and troubleshooting while translating customer needs into product or formulation direction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, technical service, and operations teams, maintain CRM records, identify opportunities, and support customer retention. Travel up to 50%.

Leads process scale-up from laboratory and pilot stages to commercial production for polymer and compounding products. Oversees technical transfers, process optimization, risk mitigation, equipment specification, startup support, and production readiness across multiple sites. Manages engineers, technicians, and operators while partnering with R&D, Manufacturing, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Supports capital projects, continuous improvement, technical documentation, and global trials. Requires extensive process engineering experience in plastics, polymers, or compounding.

Coordinates business operations for the Technology & Innovation organization, including purchasing, accounting support, reporting, enterprise systems administration, product information management, document control, project coordination, and office operations. Supports Oracle, Salesforce, IMDS, and other platforms; trains users, troubleshoots systems, maintains documentation, coordinates reporting and events, and improves administrative processes across technical and corporate teams.
