Manages Americhem’s global Technology and Innovation project portfolio, including prioritization, resource and labor planning, project tracking, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional communication. The role supports stage-gate governance, risk mitigation, change management, and process improvement while coordinating T&I, commercial, operational, HR, finance, and development stakeholders. It also trains teams in advanced statistics and design of experiments and requires occasional travel to manufacturing and vendor sites.

Develop and execute global Industrial market strategies for sustainable growth. Identify emerging opportunities, evaluate market attractiveness, lead customer and competitive intelligence, support M&A assessments, and translate market insights into product roadmaps and commercialization plans. The role focuses on Defense, Aerospace, Electronics, Energy Storage, and advanced manufacturing markets while coordinating global commercial, product, R&D, marketing, operations, and corporate development teams.

Designs, programs, commissions, and troubleshoots industrial automation and electrical control systems across manufacturing facilities. Develops PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs; supports equipment integration, process optimization, reliability improvements, and plant operations. Leads capital projects from concept through startup, coordinating vendors, contractors, operations, and maintenance teams while managing scope, budgets, schedules, installation, and validation. Requires substantial domestic and international travel to support manufacturing sites.
