Design and produce high-volume e-commerce visual assets for marketplaces and DTC channels: Amazon listing images/A+ Content, Shopify storefronts, emails, paid ads, and promotional campaigns. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, build reusable templates, manage asset libraries, and retouch product photography to channel specs.

Own and build the end-to-end Klaviyo program for lifecycle and retention across flows, campaigns, deliverability, design, and analytics. Architect automated flows, design mobile-first email templates, manage segments and list health, run A/B tests, coordinate campaign calendar, and report performance to drive revenue growth for a DTC home goods brand.

Manage day-to-day creative production for paid social and TikTok Shop: write content briefs, coordinate UGC creators, direct editors/designers, monitor performance metrics, and iterate concepts to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
