Analyzes market trends, competitor products, sales performance, consumer feedback, and Amazon SKU data to support product assortment and merchandising decisions. Builds recurring reports, tracks KPIs, identifies market opportunities, and recommends improvements to pricing, listings, imagery, promotions, and product specifications. Manage data mapping, transformation, validation, order-processing workflows, inventory updates, shipment confirmations, and invoicing exchanges. Collaborate with business teams and external partners to ensure reliable data connectivity, system uptime, and operational accuracy while identifying process improvements.
