Lead a plant engineering team to identify, manage, and deliver capital and technology projects that improve safety, reduce cost and lead time, and introduce automation and process control solutions. Own projects end-to-end including engineering specs, budgets, procurement, commissioning, and contractor/maintenance oversight.
