Leads enterprise IT portfolio governance, prioritization, program delivery, resource capacity planning, financial management, and executive reporting. Manages senior program and project managers, oversees delivery standards and PPM tools, coordinates cross-functional dependencies, and ensures alignment between strategic business objectives and technical execution. The role requires extensive IT program management experience, people leadership, enterprise transformation expertise, and PMP or PfMP certification.

Leads the enterprise QA function by designing testing governance, quality gates, automation frameworks, toolchains, UAT processes, vendor oversight, and executive quality metrics. The role spans enterprise systems, integrations, digital platforms, Agile and Waterfall delivery, API and cloud architectures, and hands-on test planning and defect triage.

Supports plant HR operations for hourly employees, including recruiting, employee relations, investigations, benefits, attendance, training, compliance, employee records, and unemployment hearings. Coordinates transfers, hiring, development, and continuous improvement initiatives while advising employees and managers on policies and performance. Acts as backup to the HR Manager and promotes safe, productive, team-oriented manufacturing operations. Some out-of-town travel and occasional weekend work are required.
