Partners with hospital, recruiting, and operations leadership to resolve staffing challenges, support platform adoption, maintain accurate scheduling data, and improve coverage. Monitors staffing metrics, identifies trends and difficult-to-staff markets, supports reporting and process improvements, and helps train teams on scheduling workflows.

Administers employee health, welfare, retirement, COBRA, leave-related, and enrollment benefits. Supports employee questions, qualifying life events, vendor and carrier coordination, payroll deduction reviews, EDI file reconciliation, compliance activities, open enrollment, audits, and benefits education while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
