Serve as a hands-on HR partner managing employee relations, investigations, leaves and accommodations, workers' compensation, and compliance. Advise leaders on performance and corrective action, design and deliver manager training, track case documentation, and partner with Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and operations to ensure consistent, legally compliant employment practices.
