Administers employee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and COBRA benefits. Supports enrollments, qualifying life events, payroll deductions, vendor coordination, claims issues, audits, compliance, open enrollment, and employee education. Maintains accurate records, resolves eligibility and coverage discrepancies, monitors EDI files, and safeguards protected health information while supporting continuous process improvement.

Supports employee relations, workplace investigations, leave and accommodation administration, workers’ compensation, compliance, and return-to-work processes. Partners with operational leaders, HR, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and external providers to resolve cases, guide corrective action, deliver manager training, monitor employment-law compliance, and improve HR processes across multi-site operations. This hybrid Tampa role requires occasional travel to veterinary hospitals.
