Manage full-cycle recruitment for employed and relief veterinarians across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, candidate communication, pipeline management, ATS/CRM maintenance, recruiting event participation, and collaboration with hospital, operations, credentialing, onboarding, and HR teams. The role develops proactive recruiting strategies, reports on requisition progress, supports staffing coverage, and promotes employee referrals. Occasional travel is required for campus recruiting events and hospital visits.
