Requires substantial experience in product support, logistics, sustainment, or program management, strong technical writing and coordination skills, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent military training, an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and a DoW 8140 qualifying certification.

Manage and maintain TMAC databases across development, testing, integration, and sustainment environments. Responsibilities include account management, backups and recovery, security patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, documentation, audit compliance, and coordination with systems, network, engineering, and COMSEC teams. The role supports secure mission-critical infrastructure in a TS/SCI environment and requires COMSEC account management, system administration, platform engineering, and database operations expertise.

Develops user stories, process maps, SOPs, technical and training documentation, briefings, and governance artifacts. Helps define future-state automation, collaboration tools, dashboards, reporting, and data structures while coordinating with government leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Administer and enhance an AWS GovCloud environment while supporting CI/CD activities for multiple software teams. Monitor and sustain DevSecOps tools and pipelines, including GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, and Xray. Provide technical and operational support to development and customer support teams, respond to emerging mission needs, and maintain compliance with DISA and DoD policies.

Leads integrated logistics and product support for mission-critical defense systems. Responsibilities include developing logistics plans, managing supply support and government property, overseeing inventory and equipment records, coordinating sustainment, transportation, maintenance, vendor support, and technical documentation, and tracking logistics risks, schedules, and deliverables. The role also leads logistics working groups and coordinates across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, testing, configuration management, and program management teams.

Designs and implements technical security controls for information systems supporting NORAD and NCMC-ITW/AA missions. Systems Integration Engineers will engineer, integrate, test, deploy, and sustain mission-critical C4I, surveillance, ISR, telecommunications, sensor, and data systems for CBP AMOC. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software and interface support, system testing, troubleshooting, 24/7 operational support, configuration management, technical documentation, compliance, and coordination with government engineers, operators, vendors, and partner agencies. The role requires supporting complex air and maritime surveillance capabilities across operational and contingency locations.

Leads TMAC operations supporting development, integration, testing, and user activities in a TS/SCI environment. Manages schedules, staff coordination, system performance, documentation, configuration management, virtualization, storage, backups, VDI, hardware and software integration, cybersecurity compliance, and vulnerability remediation. Serves as the primary operational contact for government and contractor stakeholders while overseeing mission software, infrastructure deployments, and operational continuity.

Conduct laboratory and field-based reverse engineering, digital forensics, and technical intelligence analysis of electronic devices and weapon systems.
