Facilitates classroom and tactical lab training for U.S. Navy sailors on Aegis computer network maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting. Develops and updates curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and training materials; evaluates student performance and provides recommendations. Supports course reviews, training gap analysis, documentation, and instruction involving UYQ-70 LAN systems, Aegis combat systems, operational doctrine, and related shipboard equipment.

Provides cybersecurity subject matter expertise and test and evaluation support for Department of War acquisition programs. Reviews acquisition, engineering, and test documentation; assesses cybersecurity risks, test results, resources, and technical risks; supports milestone reviews, integrated product teams, and independent technical risk assessments; develops senior-leader briefings and recommendations; and advises on cybersecurity policy, digital engineering, cloud migration, and data automation initiatives.

Leads classified and unclassified network operations, including LAN/WAN infrastructure and voice, data, and video services. Designs, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, tests, and secures network environments. Oversees hardware configurations and operations, plans network upgrades, advises users on requirements and limitations, maintains expertise in network interconnection technologies, and evaluates emerging communications technologies.
