Provide audiology practice expertise to members, staff, agencies, and the public; develop programs, partnerships, and content; represent ASHA externally; lead projects, write publications, and support professional development and events.

Manage and mentor UX and product teams, coordinate with IS and vendors, drive product enhancements, manage SOWs, and use user and market research to continuously improve member-facing digital experiences.

Lead and manage cloud-native software development, data strategy, and composable web stack adoption. Oversee architecture, CI/CD, production reliability, agile delivery, and technical coaching while planning and executing multi-initiative software and data orchestration aligned with organizational goals.

Leads strategic initiatives in academic and research education for communication sciences and disorders, managing teams, guiding policy, and cultivating partnerships.
