Provides strategic leadership on multicultural, disability, cultural, and language-related practices within communication sciences and disorders. Leads advisory groups, policy development, publications, educational programs, grants, stakeholder consultation, and technical assistance. Manages and coaches a high-performing team, represents ASHA with external organizations, and advances inclusive, evidence-informed professional practice and service delivery.

Translates business needs into functional requirements, analyzes processes, evaluates technology solutions, manages improvement backlogs, coordinates cross-functional dependencies, and documents testing scenarios. Supports third-party implementations, work management software administration, integrations, SOP development, and portfolio visibility while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Leads strategic initiatives in academic and research education for communication sciences and disorders, managing teams, guiding policy, and cultivating partnerships.

Administers hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, identity and access management, endpoints, backup and recovery, communications, and endpoint security. Provides advanced technical support, enforces data protection and compliance policies, evaluates automation and AI tools, and executes technology improvement projects. Independently prioritizes work, assesses technical risks, and recommends secure, reliable infrastructure solutions.

Provide audiology practice expertise to members, staff, agencies, and the public; develop programs, partnerships, and content; represent ASHA externally; lead projects, write publications, and support professional development and events.

Provide administrative and technical support for the ASHA Ethics Office and Board of Ethics, managing complaint data, NetForum database, meeting logistics and minutes, legal document management, presentations, nomination materials, and special projects while liaising with business analysts and senior leadership.

Lead digital product vision and roadmap for mobile, collaboration, enterprise search, and community platforms. Manage and mentor UX and product teams, coordinate with IS and vendors, drive product enhancements, manage SOWs, and use user and market research to continuously improve member-facing digital experiences.

Lead and manage cloud-native software development, data strategy, and composable web stack adoption. Oversee architecture, CI/CD, production reliability, agile delivery, and technical coaching while planning and executing multi-initiative software and data orchestration aligned with organizational goals.
