Supervise daily accounting operations (AP and general ledger), manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee vendor relationships, inventory-related accounting, audit support, enforce policies, train and manage staff, and identify process improvements.

Manage accounts receivable collections and billing resolution for a wholesale distributor: review open accounts, make outbound collection calls, post payments, update billing accounts, reduce delinquencies, coordinate with internal teams, and assist AR Tax Specialist.

Responsible for generating sales and margin growth across assigned Albuquerque territory by developing existing accounts, cold-calling to open new accounts, providing technical support, coordinating with branch staff and vendors, analyzing sales data to grow business, maintaining assigned account criteria (minimum $75,000, max 50 accounts), and collaborating with management on inventory, product planning, and promotions.
