Teams at American Public Power Association

Lead APPAs federal advocacy on assigned energy and utility policy issues. Build relationships with Congress and agencies, monitor legislation and rulemaking, draft legislation and policy materials, coordinate cross-departmental strategy, represent APPA at hearings and external groups, support political engagement and member education, and develop programming for conferences and workshops.
