Provide day-to-day HR generalist support: respond to employee inquiries, process transfers/promotions/terminations, onboard new hires, conduct exit interviews, maintain personnel files and HR databases, manage Workers' Compensation claims, track HR metrics and performance reviews, advise managers on coaching, PIPs, separations, and leaves (FMLA/non-FMLA), assist with training, recruiting, payroll tasks, and ensure HR policies and confidentiality are maintained.

Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs for trucks and heavy equipment: schedule preventative maintenance, track downtime and repair costs, communicate with dealers, collect and review repair estimates, manage purchase orders and rentals in NetSuite, and produce weekly status reports including units down, open repairs, rental spend, and potential warranty claims.

Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, personnel files, Workers' Compensation, leaves (FMLA/non-FMLA), training coordination, performance tracking, and HR reporting while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality.
