Coordinate and implement clinical research studies under PI supervision. Manage protocol implementation, patient screening/consent, data collection and integrity, adverse event reporting, regulatory/IRB compliance, monitoring visit support, and study budget elements for primarily low-complexity oncology trials.

Lead and manage clinical operations for oncology/hematology clinics, supervise nursing and ancillary staff, ensure compliance and patient safety, oversee chemotherapy and special procedures, coordinate supplies and pharmacy, support clinical trials, conduct hiring/performance management, and provide staff education and incident reporting.

Serve as a regional HR advisor supporting GA/FL/NC clinics, partnering with leadership on employee relations, talent management, analytics, change management, transitions, and HR program implementation. Coach managers, lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance, support acquisitions/transitions, and travel to sites to drive engagement and operational HR outcomes.

Provide advanced clinical care to patients including assessment, prescribing, administering therapies, interpreting diagnostic tests, determining clinical trial eligibility, documentation, triage, hospital rounds and on-call coverage, multidisciplinary coordination, patient/family support, and promoting services in the community while ensuring regulatory and HIPAA compliance.

Provide collaborative oncology patient care: assess physical and psychosocial status, prescribe medications and tests, determine clinical trial eligibility, interpret diagnostics, triage and perform hospital rounds, document care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, offer on-call coverage, assist in staff training and community outreach, and ensure compliance with regulations and HIPAA.

Build and maintain physician and community relationships to increase oncology referrals. Plan and attend outreach events, develop regional marketing collateral, manage territory analysis and CRM contacts, forecast market trends, and support onboarding of new liaisons. Adhere to HIPAA and company policies; travel required for territory coverage.

Provide advanced clinical care in oncology supporting a collaborating physician: assess patients, prescribe and interpret tests, determine clinical trial eligibility, perform rounds and on-call coverage, triage and document care, manage family dynamics, assist in emergencies, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, market services, train staff, and ensure compliance with laws and HIPAA.

Provide advanced oncology patient care including assessment, diagnostic interpretation, prescribing, administering therapies, triage, hospital rounds, on-call coverage, documentation, care coordination, clinical trial eligibility determination, patient/family education, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Support marketing, staff training, and comply with regulatory and HIPAA requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to increase oncology referrals. Plan and attend outreach events, develop regional marketing collateral, analyze territory data, forecast market trends, manage budgets and sponsorships, maintain CRM contacts, and support onboarding and training of new liaisons while ensuring regulatory and HIPAA compliance.

Provide safe infusion nursing care for oncology and hematology patients including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, documentation in EMR, patient education, triage, and supply management. Follow ONS, OSHA/NIOSH, and company policies.

Perform diagnostic CT imaging by preparing patients, administering contrast, operating CT scanners, and ensuring image quality and QA. Monitor patients for contrast reactions, document procedures in the EMR, follow protocols and safety (ALARA), maintain certifications and equipment checks, assist with scheduling/transport, and support departmental quality improvement and billing processes.

Perform PET/CT imaging by administering radiopharmaceuticals/contrast, positioning patients, acquiring diagnostic images, performing QA on equipment and hotlab, documenting procedures in EMR, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Provide oncology-focused advanced practice care including patient assessment, prescribing, triage, hospital rounds, on-call coverage, participating in multidisciplinary rounds, documenting care, assisting in clinical trial eligibility, patient/family support, and staff training. Maintain certifications, prescriptive privileges, and comply with regulations and HIPAA.

Provide advanced clinical care and recruit, assess, enroll, and monitor oncology clinical trial participants. Implement study protocols in EMR, ensure GCP and regulatory compliance, manage adverse event reporting, prescribe treatments per protocol, perform hospital rounds and on-call coverage, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support trial operations and patient care.

Coordinate and execute clinical research protocols under PI supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH/FDA), subject eligibility screening, informed consent, adverse event reporting, investigational product handling, data integrity, monitoring support, and study budget/billing activities. Requires nursing judgment, protocol implementation, and cross-site communication.

Provide senior paralegal support for corporate and healthcare transactions: draft and proof documents, perform due diligence, prepare UCC and entity formation filings, track matters in Xakia, coordinate with executives and internal teams, research statutes/regulations, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Provide safe, accurate infusion nursing care including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, triage, EMR documentation, supply management, and interdisciplinary communication. Travel to East Coast clinics 1-2 times monthly.

Provide direct patient care in oncology/hematology under physician collaboration: assess, diagnose, prescribe, manage clinical trial eligibility, document care, perform hospital rounds, triage, on-call coverage, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, assist in patient/family support and staff training.
