Provide senior paralegal support for corporate and healthcare transactions: draft and proof documents, perform due diligence, prepare UCC and entity formation filings, track matters in Xakia, coordinate with executives and internal teams, research statutes/regulations, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Administers and optimizes enterprise endpoint computing, virtual desktop, identity management, clinical workspace, and Windows Server environments. Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across more than 5,000 users and endpoints, managing Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Imprivata, and IGEL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patching, access management, infrastructure maintenance, documentation, ITIL service operations, disaster recovery participation, process improvement, mentoring, and occasional on-call support.
