Provides hands-on technical support and training across regional clinics. Monitors Tier 1 vendor tickets, identifies recurring issues, supports Citrix, Dragon, telemedicine, wireless, conferencing, and printing technologies, and coordinates clinic technology projects. Builds relationships with clinic managers, manages problem resolution, documents issues, supports onboarding and application access, and communicates with vendors and corporate IT. Regional travel is required.

Builds and maintains physician referral relationships, increases oncology referrals, and leads regional community outreach and marketing initiatives. Plans physician events, sponsorships, presentations, and promotional campaigns; supports new physician practice development; manages territory budgets, CRM contact data, market analysis, routing, reporting, and competitive intelligence. Requires collaboration with marketing, physicians, hospitals, community organizations, and referral partners while complying with healthcare regulations and HIPAA.

Serve as a regional HR advisor supporting GA/FL/NC clinics, partnering with leadership on employee relations, talent management, analytics, change management, transitions, and HR program implementation. Coach managers, lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance, support acquisitions/transitions, and travel to sites to drive engagement and operational HR outcomes.
