Manage clinical trial regulatory submissions and maintain regulatory binders. Prepare IRB and FDA documents, support monitoring/audits, ensure compliance with GCP/ICH/HIPAA, and coordinate with study teams.

Provide oncology-focused advanced practice care under physician collaboration: assess patients, order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments, manage clinical trial eligibility, document care, perform hospital rounds and on-call duties, support families, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, assist staff training, and help with patient outreach and clinic operations.

Provide comprehensive medication management for oncology patients including order review/verification, sterile and hazardous drug preparation, chemotherapy processing, clinical drug monitoring and therapeutic recommendations, supervise pharmacy technicians, support formulary integration and drug utilization analysis, develop clinician education, and perform EMR therapeutic interchanges per protocols.

Provide safe, accurate oncology infusion nursing care including assessment, lab/vital review, medication/dose verification, and administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive agents. Educate patients and caregivers, perform telephone triage, document treatments in the EMR, manage supplies, follow safety and regulatory guidelines, assist training new staff, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. May float to other clinics and work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Manage clinical trial budgets, CTMS setup and billing, sponsor invoicing, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with FDA/OHRP/ICH‑GCP, support audits, and collaborate with research staff, sponsors, and billing to sustain study operations.

Provide clinical leadership for the oncology team, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff training and scheduling, compliance with policies, medication management, coordination with research and ancillary departments, incident reporting, and operational oversight across multiple clinic sites.

Coordinate oncology patient care across the cancer continuum: remove system barriers, provide education and survivorship planning, arrange services (nutrition, home health, DME, hospice), support clinical trial screening/consent and startup, train/assist lay navigators, participate in outreach, committees, and reporting of navigation outcomes.

Provide safe, accurate infusion nursing care for oncology patients including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, triage, documentation in EMR, supply management, and occasional cross-site work and overtime.

Perform PET/CT image acquisition and QC, administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrast, prepare and operate PET/CT equipment, document procedures in the EMR, monitor patients for reactions, maintain certifications and equipment QA, and provide patient-centered care while following safety and regulatory standards.

Provide collaborative oncology patient care: assess physical and psychosocial status, prescribe medications and tests, determine clinical trial eligibility, interpret diagnostics, triage and perform hospital rounds, document care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, offer on-call coverage, assist in staff training and community outreach, and ensure compliance with regulations and HIPAA.

Coordinate and execute oncology clinical trials under PI supervision, ensuring protocol compliance, informed consent, AE reporting, investigational product handling, regulatory documentation, data integrity, monitoring support, and study budget/ billing activities. Maintain patient safety and regulatory adherence across complex interventional trials.

Manage and lead a team of advanced practice providers in oncology, providing direct patient care, supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality and compliance, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and driving APP education and practice improvements.

Coordinate and manage oncology clinical trials (phases 1-3), ensure protocol compliance, consent, eligibility assessment, safety reporting, investigational product handling, regulatory documentation, data integrity, monitoring support, and study budget/contract tasks. Handle ~10 open trials and 25+ active patients annually under PI supervision.

Provide inpatient oncology hospitalist care including rounds, admissions, discharges, on-call support, assessments, diagnostics interpretation, medication prescribing, documentation, referrals, timely consultations, charge capture, and communication with care teams.

Provide safe infusion nursing care for oncology and hematology patients including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, documentation in EMR, patient education, triage, and supply management. Follow ONS, OSHA/NIOSH, and company policies.

Provide oncology patient care and education, perform assessments and diagnostic interpretation, prescribe treatments, determine clinical trial eligibility, document notes and correspondence, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, provide on-call and hospital coverage, triage patients, support families and staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.

Provide hands-on Tier 2 technical support and training for regional clinics on a rotation schedule. Monitor and manage tickets, identify trends, coordinate vendor resolutions, support Citrix, Dragon, telemedicine and A/V systems, deliver end-user training, and act as liaison for special IT projects and problem management to improve clinic workflows and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to increase oncology referrals. Plan and attend outreach events, develop regional marketing collateral, analyze territory data, forecast market trends, manage budgets and sponsorships, maintain CRM contacts, and support onboarding and training of new liaisons while ensuring regulatory and HIPAA compliance.

Provide safe infusion nursing care for oncology patients: assess patients, review labs/vitals, verify doses, administer chemotherapy/immunotherapy/biotherapy/supportive agents, document in EMR, educate patients/caregivers, perform telephone triage, maintain supplies, follow ONS/OSHA/NIOSH guidelines, and assist training and cross-site coverage as needed.

Responsible for posting, reconciling, researching, analyzing and resolving insurance claims and patient balances. Support Revenue Manager in day-to-day pharmacy financial operations, accounts receivable, and collections. Perform benefits verification, medical billing tasks, claim research, and reconciliations using MS Office and healthcare EMR/billing systems.
