Teams at American Oncology Network, Inc.

Provides oncology patient assessment, diagnosis support, treatment, prescribing, clinical trial eligibility evaluation, documentation, triage, hospital rounds, and patient education under physician collaboration. Performs on-call coverage, coordinates multidisciplinary care, supports patients and families, trains staff, and assists with operational priorities across company locations. Requires oncology expertise, independent clinical judgment, strong communication, and compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations.

Supervises laboratory accessioning and logistics staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and process oversight. Establishes procedures and productivity standards, coordinates specimen shipping and reference-laboratory send-outs, distributes supplies, tracks testing status, and maintains documentation for CAP inspections. Collaborates with laboratory leadership, clinics, physicians, and customers to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
