Build and maintain physician referral relationships through office and hospital visits, community outreach, educational events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. Analyze territory and competitive data, manage CRM contacts, develop collateral, coordinate local advertising, support physician practice growth, and report market trends. The role requires collaboration with marketing and leadership, compliance with healthcare regulations, and moderate travel across a geographic territory.

Provides hands-on technical support and training across regional clinics. Monitors Tier 1 vendor tickets, identifies recurring issues, supports Citrix, Dragon, telemedicine, wireless, conferencing, and printing technologies, and coordinates clinic technology projects. Builds relationships with clinic managers, manages problem resolution, documents issues, supports onboarding and application access, and communicates with vendors and corporate IT. Regional travel is required.
