Teams at American Oncology Network, Inc.

Provide safe, accurate infusion nursing care including assessment, lab/vital review, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, triage, EMR documentation, supply management, and interdisciplinary communication. Travel to East Coast clinics 1-2 times monthly.

Provide direct patient care in oncology/hematology under physician collaboration: assess, diagnose, prescribe, manage clinical trial eligibility, document care, perform hospital rounds, triage, on-call coverage, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, assist in patient/family support and staff training.

Manage clinic laboratory quality management, QA and compliance programs per CAP/COLA standards. Review QC, documentation, and calibration records; train staff; audit sites; support phlebotomy, instrument maintenance, and compliance testing; assist with inspections and reporting; and provide operational support across multiple clinic sites.
