Oversee pharmacy operations across regional clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance, sterile compounding quality, operational efficiency, inventory control, information-system accuracy, and financial performance. Lead pharmacy assessments, audits, training, process improvements, dashboards, and corrective action plans. Support mergers and acquisitions by identifying operational gaps, coordinating transitions, and preparing teams. Partner with clinical, procurement, IT, billing, revenue cycle, and HR leaders while mentoring pharmacy staff and traveling frequently to satellite offices.

Provides oncology care under physician collaboration, including patient assessments, diagnosis interpretation, prescriptions, treatment administration, clinical trial eligibility evaluation, documentation, triage, hospital rounds, and patient education. Supports family coping, multidisciplinary care, emergencies, and referring-physician communications. Requires oncology expertise, on-call coverage, collaboration across company locations, staff training, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Provides clinical and administrative support for patient care, including prescription refills, prior authorizations, patient calls, chart preparation, documentation, referrals, forms, and coordination with physicians, nurses, hospitals, hospice, and home health agencies. Uses nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills to triage concerns and communicate appropriate actions. Requires an active LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and 1–2 years of hematology/oncology experience.
