Oversee commercial credit risk and asset quality, review and approve complex loan applications, manage criticized and non-performing loans, develop restructuring strategies, present recommendations to Loan Committee, ensure lending policy compliance, and mentor lending staff. Analyze borrower financials, cash flow, collateral, guarantor capacity, covenants, and portfolio performance while supporting business development efforts.

Define market-driven product requirements, develop business cases, lead cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, prioritize roadmap and releases, monitor KPIs, leverage market and customer research, and present strategies to stakeholders and executives.

Lead analytics for the banks deposit growth strategy: analyze pricing and customer data, develop product/program recommendations, produce reporting, synthesize market research, and partner with IT and cross-functional teams to enable deposit initiatives.

The Executive Assistant supports the COO with administrative tasks, project management, and communication, ensuring smooth operations and interactions within the organization.

Coordinate, prepare, review, and verify residential mortgage and construction loan closing documents; calculate final closing costs and disburse funds; review title commitments and surveys; schedule closings; verify closing requirements and disclosures; maintain communication with all parties and keep accurate closing schedules.

Drive branch operational excellence by processing transactions, opening deposit accounts, resolving customer issues, mentoring staff, balancing end-of-day processes, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while providing exceptional customer service.
