Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of financial advisor experience, applicable securities and insurance licenses, and successful background and financial checks.

Requires regular travel between sites, possible extended hours, and occasional lifting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of financial-advisor experience, securities and insurance licenses, and a satisfactory background and financial standing.

Leads daily banking-center operations, ensuring policy compliance, accurate transaction and cash balancing, account opening, account maintenance, and customer issue resolution. Approves eligible higher-level transactions, supports complex problem resolution, identifies opportunities for additional banking services, and refers customers to specialists. Mentors and trains team members while helping maintain a positive customer experience. The role is performed on-site and may require occasional work beyond 40 hours per week.
