Develop and administer Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Flows, automation, reports, dashboards, security, packages, and custom forms. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Dynamics GP, and external systems using TIBCO Scribe, eOne SmartConnect, and SSIS. Design end-to-end business processes, manage data synchronization and payment workflows, coordinate complex projects, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Provides technical and people leadership across firmware, electronics, and mechanical engineering for rugged embedded products. Establishes firmware and system architecture standards, drives AI-assisted engineering practices, oversees hardware-in-the-loop validation and production execution, and owns system-level tradeoffs, field issues, budgets, documentation, and team development. Requires deep C/C++ embedded experience, cross-disciplinary engineering fluency, product lifecycle ownership, and at least 10 years developing shipped products.

Senior individual-contributor embedded firmware engineer supporting firmware execution, HAL/driver integration, RTOS and bootloader work, test automation and HIL, reliability and release hygiene, partnering on deliveries, and expanding firmware ownership across product lines.

The Assistant Controller owns monthly financial close, audit-ready reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, EBITDA normalization, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements. It partners with the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage environment and mentors junior accounting staff. The position is hybrid in Austin, with three office days weekly.
