The Assistant Controller owns monthly financial close, audit-ready reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, EBITDA normalization, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements. It partners with the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage environment and mentors junior accounting staff. The position is hybrid in Austin, with three office days weekly.

Contract Salesforce developer to design, build, and maintain Apex, Flow, FormTitan forms, and integrations (TIBCO Scribe, eOne, SSIS) with Dynamics GP. Manage Salesforce admin tasks, package deployments, reporting/dashboards, payment processing, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver end-to-end business process automation.

Lead and execute quality engineering strategy across software, cloud, mobile, and hardware-integrated products. Senior individual-contributor embedded firmware engineer supporting firmware execution, HAL/driver integration, RTOS and bootloader work, test automation and HIL, reliability and release hygiene, partnering on deliveries, and expanding firmware ownership across product lines.

Lead and manage a 4-6 member platform engineering team to ensure scalable, secure, observable cloud-native .NET solutions. Drive platform roadmap, mentor engineers, champion AI-powered development tools, oversee architecture, CI/CD, containers, observability, and production support.
