The Assistant Controller owns monthly financial close, audit-ready reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, EBITDA normalization, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements. It partners with the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage environment and mentors junior accounting staff. The position is hybrid in Austin, with three office days weekly.

Contract Salesforce developer to design, build, and maintain Apex, Flow, FormTitan forms, and integrations (TIBCO Scribe, eOne, SSIS) with Dynamics GP. Manage Salesforce admin tasks, package deployments, reporting/dashboards, payment processing, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver end-to-end business process automation.

Lead and execute quality engineering strategy across software, cloud, mobile, and hardware-integrated products. Build test automation frameworks, own CI quality gates, manage test labs and integration testing, mentor QA teams, drive AI-assisted testing adoption, and report quality KPIs to ensure reliable releases.
