Provides case management and workforce development services to WIOA Section 166 participants. Conducts assessments, develops Individual Employment Plans, coordinates training and credentialing, assists with job searches and placement, tracks participant progress, maintains compliant records, conducts outreach, and builds partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organizations.

Lead TIC's fundraising by designing and executing a diversified development strategy: secure institutional grants, cultivate major donors, build partnerships, write proposals, manage funder compliance, maintain CRM pipelines, produce fundraising collateral, and coordinate with executive leadership, finance, and programs to strengthen long-term financial sustainability.
