The Human Resources Business Partner advises employees and leadership on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, benefits, compensation, workforce planning, training, and organizational effectiveness. The role administers HR programs, HRIS records, payroll and leave processes, investigations, policies, reporting, and employee separations. It also supports leadership decision-making, ensures employment-law compliance, maintains confidentiality, and promotes consistent workplace practices. The position requires occasional local travel and provides guidance without direct supervisory authority.

Lead TIC's fundraising by designing and executing a diversified development strategy: secure institutional grants, cultivate major donors, build partnerships, write proposals, manage funder compliance, maintain CRM pipelines, produce fundraising collateral, and coordinate with executive leadership, finance, and programs to strengthen long-term financial sustainability.
