Teams at American GI Forum -- National Veterans Outreach Program, Inc.

Monitors inventory, processes client support service requests, issues checks, enters vendor and expense codes, and maintains documentation for audits. Supports case managers serving veterans and families, ensures program eligibility and regulatory compliance, follows up on receipts, assists with HMIS/MIS data entry, and provides receptionist coverage. Requires professional communication with staff, clients, vendors, and community agencies while protecting confidential information.

Coordinates accounting operations, including budgets, bank reconciliations, ledgers, financial reports, rent rolls, invoices, cost allocations, cash flow, and tax reporting. Supervises accounting personnel, investigates discrepancies, supports the Director of Finance, and maintains financial safeguards, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Requires local transportation, occasional travel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
