Supports the Design and Branding team by creating marketing materials, digital graphics, event assets, social media visuals, magazine spreads, covers, advertisements, and web assets. Collaborates with Strategic Communications and Marketing to ensure work meets program goals and follows brand standards. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, communicating complex ideas visually, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines and production requirements.

Manage projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, documentation, communications, and change control. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, sponsors, and stakeholders; facilitate meetings, monitor performance, resolve issues, report status, and ensure deliverables are accepted and transitioned. Conduct project closeout and recommend improvements to PMO processes and tools.
