Lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of attendee experiences across AGU meetings. Oversee experience design, event technologies, data-driven metrics, cross-functional coordination, vendor and team management, and scalable innovation from registration through post-event engagement.

Own coordination and QA for attendee-facing meeting technologies across AGU's portfolio. Define platform and integration requirements, track builds with project managers and vendors, validate system readiness, oversee website/content coordination, provide onsite hybrid-event technology support, and serve as primary liaison between Meeting Experience, IT, Digital, and external partners.

Support legislative advocacy by monitoring congressional activity, researching bills and agency actions, drafting letters, memos, talking points, and fact sheets, preparing materials for meetings, and assisting with planning and logistics for policy events and outreach.

Support grassroots science advocacy by organizing events and trainings, mobilizing scientists for policy engagement, developing advocacy campaigns and content, tracking impact with data visualization, and assisting outreach and communications for newsletters, social media, and blogs.

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of AGU's strategic and specialty meetings. Manage budgets, vendors, venues, risk, onsite operations, and cross-portfolio collaboration. Provide leadership, develop operational plans, negotiate contracts, incorporate attendee insights, and drive continuous improvement across meeting formats and delivery models.
