Manage governance operations and coordinate Board, Council, and CLT activities. Support strategic planning, budgeting, logistics, meeting materials, vendor coordination, and governance workflows. Implement process improvements, evaluate tech solutions, and serve as backup for governance leadership and elections.

Lead and grow AGU's individual giving program by managing a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, building fundraising systems and pipelines, conducting prospect research in Salesforce, mentoring a Senior Coordinator, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting the VP of Development on strategy, and executing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to meet fundraising goals.

Lead corporate fundraising and partnership development: cultivate, solicit, steward corporate donors; manage Science Innovation Alliance; coordinate cross-departmental engagement; track prospects and donor data in Salesforce; plan donor events; meet fundraising goals and implement best practices.
